Local specializes in super energy efficient buildings. We use materials that are long lasting and have a low environmental impact due to their longevity, embodied energy, and/or recyclability. Natural interior finishes, and constant filtered fresh air supply using a heat recovery ventilator maintains a healthy indoor air quality. Our buildings, renovations, and repairs are completed almost entirely “in house”, as a result attention to detail and timely completion are inherent to all our projects.
